The six monthly Acquisitions and Disposals of Land and/or Buildings report has been considered against the five ways of working (long term, prevention, integration, collaboration, involvement) in the Well-being of Future Generations sustainable development principle.

Many of the disposals contribute to the ‘prosperous’ national well-being goal and support the sustainable development of local businesses.

The six monthly Acquisitions and Disposals of Land and/or Buildings report is unlikely

to impact on any of the protected characteristics group as defined within the Equality Act 2010.

Finally, the six monthly Acquisitions and Disposals of Land and/or Buildings report is unlikely to impact on the Council’s obligations under the Welsh Language Standard Regulations 2015.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the schedule of information for the latest relevant reporting period be noted.

REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION:

To comply with the requirement that six-monthly updating reports on transactions relating to land be submitted to Cabinet.
